Thanks Sherman. I found a few ways to accomplish the task that I was going for. I learned about scanning documents with my phone and resizing photos on my phone. I am learning some much about my phone. Really helpful features! Thanks again!
Generally when sending a photo using Apple’s Mail app, you are asked about the resolution as part of the “send” process.
