my phone is not turning on

My phone is not turning on. It stated that my storage is full and then froze. I turned it off to restart it and now it won't come back on. It is stuck with a black screen with the apple logo. Send help! Quick.

iPhone XR won't turn on after upgrading storage I upgraded my storage space tonight and about an hour after doing so and plugging my phone in to charge, my phone shut off on its own and will now not turn back on.
