Unable to log into a managed ipad - wanting internet connection

I have a new ipad that is connected to apple school manager and intune and is managed at admin level. Has been working fine until I turned off "forget this network" then turned the ipad off. Don't ask me why I turned it off. Anyway it now won't let me log in until i hook it up to the internet, however i cannot hook it up to the internet without signing in.

Any clues how to get around this? I have tried to google it with no luck.

iPad, iOS 12

You will need to connect it to Apple Configurator and add a profile for that network. It is likely set up as a shared iPad which requires a network connection. If another network is known, you can go within range of that network and attempt to log in to the iPad.

The best is you contact your IT admin. The network settings for managed devices are pushed centrally through your MDM and this is to ensure the security while using the internet. As mentioned in the comment above, you can go the Apple configurator route but honestly I would instead call up IT support- not sure you have AC 2 and a mac and a lightning cable to do it yourself !
