Apps not downloading.

The original apps that come with the phone have refused to load after a factory reset (I.e. tips, Apple Music, books, calculator etc.) is there a way to correct this?

Some of the app only download when you are connected to a wifi. Try it.

Apps not fully loaded on iPhone 12 when transferred from iPhone xr All my apps have not loaded fully and as such only partially loaded. I have tried the forced restart, signing out and back in if my Apple ID and still nothing has worked. Do you have a fix for this issue?)

Apps won’t download I’ve just set up a new iphone today and the built in apps like itunes, shortcuts etc won’t download they’re just saying ‘waiting’ and i’ve searched how to do this and the internet said to restart your phone or sign out and back in of your apple id, i have tried all of these and the apps still won’t download
