I can't install apps from the App Store

Hello everyone,

I have an iPhone 11 pro,

at first I could download my regular apps but now I can't install anything...

When I tap to get the app, it just stays forever loading and nothing happens and occasionally the app store crashes...

Very annoying...

Also, I've already tried solutions mentioned here ;

Can somebody help me ?

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 15

Are you on the latest ios?

if you do a hard restart this should fix the issue, press volume up and release straight away, then volume down and releaze straight away, then hold the lock/siri button until the iphone restarts

note it will show the scroll bar to shut down iphone but continue holding lock button until it shutsdown itself

you could also try updating all your currently installed apps as pending app updates could cause new installs to not co operate
