MacBook Air

My brand new MacBook Air keeps crashing and is very difficult to restart. What do I do other than return it to the shop?

Return it to the shop. Exchange it or get your money back. According to you, it is a brand new MacBook AIr. There should be NO issues booting and using a MacBook Air when it is new. Should be effortless. It is obviously not. Take it back.
