Preview on iPad & iPhone
It would be nice to have preview of Mac on iPad and iPhone. This I’m talking about is with all features that come on Mac.

Closest app on your iPhone and iPad right now would be the Files app. You can annotate and rotate the document/photo. There might be another app in the App store that can suit your needs.
