Anyway to use Shortcuts or Automation to change Wifi SSIDs on iPhone 11 iOS 13x?

Is there a way to automate or use shortcuts to change specific Wifi SSID on an iPhone 11 w/iOS 13x?

Either using a script (Pythonista), Javascript or any other method?

Looking to use Siri to switch networks, verifying if it switched to the correct ssid and then executing an application which will only run on that network, followed by exiting the script.

In the Shortcuts app, under automation, It allows you to check for specific Wifi ssids but it would not allow you to change it.
