Can't import my videos to my laptop

Hi there, I have a iPhone 7 plus and I always struggle to import my videos to my laptop. I just imported a video I took of my little one and the video was 13 seconds, but the next video is 15 seconds and I can't import. Now I need to whatsapp the video and then save it again and then import, but then the quality is way down. Please help? Regards, Fritz

Hi SravanKra, thanks for your response. Unfortunately this did not work. What I normally do is, I plug my phone into my laptop through the USB cable and then go into "This PC" and then right click on my device and select "Import photos and videos"

I do this every 2-3 days and don't have any problems. Even when my wife takes a video and send it to me through whatsapp or if she sends me a funny video. I save it and import with no problem. But when I take a video with my phone's camera, then I get the error message.

I went into the Photo App and tried to import like you suggested, but I got an error message again.
