You just need to select the upgraded processor (and any other upgrades you want, e.g. more RAM, more storage, etc.).

You can also go with the 4 TB3 port model which uses 10th gen Intel and has 2.0 GHz (base) and 2.3 GHz (upgrade) options.

Apple does not use every chipset Intel makes. As I stated above, you can get a 10th gen i7 with 2.3 GHz.
