I am unable to hear when I’m calling people as the volume is so low. I’ve tried everything suggested such as going into the settings > sound > press with buttons and it hasn’t improved, in addition my phone doesn’t have a plastic thing on and I have ensured the volume is on full and the silent button is not on. The phone is only a few days old and I can’t continue with it being like this .

A large number of users are reporting this problem on different iPhone models. I believe I have tried all of the suggestions that have been made in the responses to these low volume reports. I have to use the speaker to hear most phone conversations. I have reported this issue on the Apple feedback page. It would be helpful if you reported the problem there as well. That's the best way to report this issue. Apple does not monitor this forum.
