Macbook pro won't turn on and is beeping in sets of three

My Macbook pro is fully charged, but won't turn on and is continuously beeping in sets of three. From reading other posts, it sounds like its a memory issue? But how do I fix it?

Thanks!

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.13

If it's just three short beeps repeating, then it's a RAM fault (About Mac startup tones).

Most likely you need to contact Apple: https://support.apple.com/mac/repair/service

If your Mac is from 2012 or earlier, it has user-replaceable RAM and you can take additional steps yourself (e.g. remove and re-seat the RAM chips, replace them, etc.).
