Right Airpod (3) (iPhone X yes, Macbook Pro NO)??
My right airpod (3) won't work on my Macbook pro, but works fine on my iPhone X. Anyone solved this problem?

AirPods 3 haven't been released yet (if that will even be their name). There are AirPods, AirPods 2, and AirPods Pro – which do you have? You need a more recent version of MacOS for AirPods to work:
I have the Airpods Pro and the MacOS is Catalina 10.15.6 (which I think is the most up to date). This just started today; both work on my iPhone X, but suddenly, the right one doesn't play music when I'm connected to the Macbook Pro. (Although it does make the connection sound; just no music or audio after that).
In System Preferences > Sound > Output tab, is the Balance slider centered?
Yes, it is.
Wait, no it WASN'T! It was centered for the other speakers. You solved it! <3
Glad that did the trick!
