Forgotten password and secret questions

Hi there,

My father had finally made the switch to iPhone recently and set up his iCloud account smoothly however he has no forgotten his password for it, secret questions as well and also doesnt have an email linked to reset- can anyone help me and let me know what he has to do to go about fixing this?
