Memory Upgrade (DD3) for my 13-in MacBook Pro

Where can I buy/find an Upgrade for Memory DD3 for my 13-in MacBook Pro? My computer states the DDR3 memory can be upgraded from a total of 4GB to 8GB. Where can I buy Mac Memory? I also wonder how expensive this is vs. getting a new Mac Book, but mine its in very good shape!

Thank you!

If it is a 2011 model it can take up to 16GB, despite that Apple says 8 is the max. If it is a 2010 model, 8GB is the max.

go to OWC.net and look for a heading near the top named "MY Upgrades". It leads you through the selectors for your particular Mac and shows what is available. If yours is an early 2011, 2@ 8GB for under US$85.

You can upgrade by the each DIMM.

You MUST have the exact correct speed, not slower and also NOT Faster -- the memory controller built into these processors is not sophisticated.
