How to use 2 sets of AirPods while FaceTiming on an iPhone?

I am trying to use two sets of AirPod Pros while FaceTiming on an iPhone.

I can temporarily share audio with the second set of AirPods when listening to music or watching videos, but not FaceTiming. It only gives me the option to select a single set of AirPods.

Is it possible to do this while FaceTiming?
