REal player for mac book pro

Hey, I would like real player like i had on my PC where i could download videos from utube and then convert the song into just a mp3 file and put it onto my iphone or whatever. Does real player exist for macbook pro or is there a similar program for that??

Well on my old PC I could convert the videos I downloaded so it was just the music file and not the video.
