is Apple Music Gift Card discontinued?

for years I have bought an Apple Music Gift Card from a local retailer seeing that retailer recently closed I searched the internet for this card of a 12-Months Apple Music Subscription which basically led nowhere

is the card discontinued? is there no way to have a yearly plan?

The Apple Store Gift Card and the App Store & iTunes Gift Card have been merged in to the Apple Gift card which can be used for everything Apple. However, the old gift cards are as good as new. For more info, see:
