Try looking at this page for instructions on how to delete photos from your iPhone: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT205856
If you think you've already deleted them, there is a "Recently Deleted" folder in the photos app which stores photos and videos for 30 days just in case you delete something accidentally. This is all mentioned in the link above
