logitech combo touch keyboard issue

I recently purchased the new logitech combo touch keyboard and when i press any of the arrow keys to go to the next line it always skips the first line and goes to the next one. For example when typing in a table on word, I press the right arrow key to go to the next column, it always skips 1 column and goes to the second column. This only happens when the next line/column is blank.

I did my research online and some websites say to turn off the “key repeat” toggle switch in settings, I did that but still no changes.

Does anyone have any solutions for me?
