My iphone 11 always give me an error when i want to use the flash of the camera. In camera-app it says:
flash is turned off
'The iPhone doesn't have enough battery-power and does need to be charged before u can use the flash.'
In other apps as instagram, snapchat, ... flash isn't working as wel.
When i try to use the flashlight without the camera, the light is working.
Battery has 77% so it isn't a batteryproblem.

The flash only doesn't work when i try to take a photo. If i put the light on, it works fine.
In the camera app i can't choose a different setting because i get the error as mentioned in question above;
