Hi , I want to ask how can we refund the subcription in an app that we already uninstall but still bill us in our gcash?

My husband was bill 4000+pesos to a app that he already uninstall June 24 , 2020 but when he got cash in his gcash he was bill immediately.. how can we refund it?

As far as my knowledge goes there are no refunds for accidental or unintentional purchases, however...

Unknown Charge
