Hi, I'm a student at Purdue, but due to lockdowns, I am unable to travel to the US this fall. I want to purchase an Ipad before classes start, but similar student discounts and offers are not available here. Can Apple ship me the goods from US, even if I am ready to pay extra for shipping?

Unfortunately, your only option is a reseller if you want to pick it up locally. Otherwise, you may be able to order online from somewhere like Amazon.
