Apple Pay

I set this up last night but had to totally wipe the phone this morning and start again, now my bank won’t let me add my card to my phone?!

security kind of thing although I’ve told them what happened.

they said I need to contact Apple and ask them for a token or something so they can see my iPhone then they can sort it?

anyone else experienced this?

iPhone 11, iOS 13
