Is there a way to permanently ADD a default field to the contact form, such as Job title?
Is there a way to change the default field on the contact form, such as "work" for the default for phone number , "work" for address and "work" for email etc. ?

We understand that you're looking to add a permanent field when creating contacts on your iPhone. While this is not currently an available option, you can continue to use "add field" at the bottom of the page when creating or editing a contact. Thanks Less, it does not seem like offering the choice of a business or a personal template , each with their own default fields would be difficult. Synchronizing them to feed Outlook contact fields is seems possible too. I would think that it would be extremely helpful and tome saving step. It seems that The overwhelming majority of US corporations standardize on iPhone and use windows/outlook for contact management and email. Apple is leaving the door open for android/ google to capture a big share of this market.
