Watch won’t pair

Just updated my phone to 12:4:8 software and it will not now let me pair to watch it says I need an update but this is the most recent

Watch will not pair! needs update. I am trying to pair my watch with my phone and it says that i need to update the watches software. Although then it says i need to update my phone to the latest update before i can update the watch. BUT, my phone is UP TO DATE. It wont let me get past this step.

Watch will not pair Bc it will not update!! Watch was not working with my phone Bc it said it needed an update - it never updated. Gets stuck on the screen saying “updating”, (in gray) and it never did. Then the watch says to use the phone to continue update. But I can’t Bc nothing is there! Soo frustrating!!!!!

New series 7 watch WON'T pair with iPhone 12 ProMax running 11.6 HELP Can't update NEW WATCH. Can't update new Watch APP on iPhone. Can't update anything. I'm lost.

If your watch is running watchOS6 then you need a phone with ios13 or higher.
