authorisation lock

I purchased an iphone on ebay but the authorisation lock has not been erased. I do not have the sellers details.

You won't be able to use that iPhone. Ask eBay for a refund.

Ask eBay for help to locate seller. Call Apple or check website for answers. Call an iPhone Store and ask a human for help. Good luck
