How can I transfer my iTunes balance To my Apple Cash card

Unfortunately, I do not think you can transfer the balance from your iTunes account to your Apple Cash Card. Assuming we are on the same page (and you are referring to the iTunes balance used to purchase, apps, games, music and more), you are not able to transfer it to a debit/credit card, whether it is an Apple Cash Card or not. Think of it like a Burger King gift card, once you buy the gift card, the money is converted into "Burger King Dollars" meaning that it can only be used to purchase food from Burger King. iTunes Cards (and the balance on the account) work the same way, so you have to spend the balance in the iTunes Store.
