It depends on how many different devices you have that you are backing up. Note that you may still have backups of devices that you no longer own and that you may want to delete those backups. See: Manage your iCloud storage - Apple Support


It also depends on how much you have on the devices that you are backing up and how much of that is included in the backups. See: What does iCloud back up? - Apple Support
