Hi! Weird question... I had my iphone connected to my Apple TV. Whenever I would have to type password or search on the tv it would connect to my phone and I was able to type it. One day it disconnected and I can’t figure out how to reconnect it! Anyone know how?

Do you have the Remote app on your phone that can be used to control the Apple TV? If so, does that connect to the Apple TV and function?
Is your Apple TV and iPhone both signed into the same Apple ID account?
Are they both on the same WiFi network?
Is Bluetooth turned on?
If you go to Settings > Notifications > Apple TV Keyboard, is it allowing notifications?
