I tried all those things and none of them worked. I did some further research on it and I didn't find any working solutions. Is it any other solutions to solve this or do I have to live with it? It is just a minor issue but as said it is very annoying.

Ok, if I understand you correctly now, the issue you are having is that the image that you are using for your Apple ID profile is distorted or stretched ... correct? If so, have you tried resizing or re-editing the image, and then, apply it to your profile again?

No need to be sorry, but again that really didn't help much. The "stretched profile picture" from where? What app? Please provide as much information as you can.
The stretched profile picture on the login screen. the iCloud profile picture, and the apple-id profile picture
