Unlocking my iPhone

I bought an iPhone 7 Plus from this guy a while back and I was suppose to get the information from him to unlock it but I’ve been busy I let time bypass me and I forgot to ask. I found the phone I bought from him and I have clue how to unlock it and no contact information upon the person I bought it from.

How can I get an iPhone unlocked that I bought from someone I can’t get in contact with after purchase I recently purchased a used iPhone 13 that is locked … it says to get ahold of previous owner and have them remove the phone from their iCloud because they have used find my phone . How can I get past that if I can’t get ahold of the previous owner to have them remove it ?
