What could cause this problem with an iPad? Is it a battery problem or a failure of the display? The display is "ghosting" with layers of previous images

iPad mini ghost images My iPad display shows "ghost" images. It appears to update the even lines on the display and then wait about a second before updating the odd lines. The display has no visible physical damage and operated normally one day then not the next day. Everything else functions normally. It's an iPad mini, 2 and is updated as much as it can be. Ipad Pro 11 2nd gen display issue My Ipad Pro 11 2020 has no display/image but has a charge sound when plugged and is detected by itunes. Tried to do force reset, update and restore but still no display showing even though when tapped, only the blacklight and IR sensor turns on/flickers. IPad Pro screen goes black but video continues to play Hi. My iPad Pro has started to have a screen issue. The screen goes blank but the app carries on working. Eg YouTube video will still carry on playing. I have plugged iPad into an external monitor and it displays correctly. Questions: is this a hard ware failure. Is there a fix. thanks

I would suspect that the iPad’s version of a graphic’s card is going bad. You should make an appointment with an Apple store (if open in your area) or authorized service provider and have it checked out.
