How can I open an iCloud shared folder in Finder, instead of in iCloud.com?

I shared a folder with a work colleague using the new iCloud Folder Sharing resource, in macOS Catalina, but when my colleague opens the link on his macOS (also Catalina) he's redirected to the folder in iCloud.com, e nothing appears on Finder. He also tried opening a Pages document, on the online version of Pages, but when he clicks on the button "Open in Pages", a message saying "retrieving" appears and disappears so fast, and nothing else happens. It should open the document on the Pages App, shouldn't it?.
