disappear contact name but see only phone number

Dear all on my phone sometimes contact name disappear but see only phone numbers and after while contact name will be appear again. I went to union squire center to fix my issue but they can't and told me this kind of issue he has been 1st time and he suggest me to reset as a new phone . when name disappear the total number of contact is 988 but when name will be appear total numbers contact is 1246 I said I don't wanna loose my all contacts. I tired of this issue. anyone suggest me to solve this issue?

Hey rajfrompacifica,

We understand some of your contacts are disappearing occasionally.

Given the number of contacts goes up and down, this indicates to us that there's likely an issue with one of the accounts linked to your contacts staying connected.

To resolve this, you could either transfer all of your contacts over to a single account which isn't having this issue, or else you could delete the account affected and remove those contacts from your iPhone, reset the password to the account, and then set it back up again using these steps:

Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
