Streaming on my hearing aids depletes watch battery

Why does this happen and how can I fix it: Widex hearing aids when streaming deplete Apple Watch battery.

I have the same problem. I have Phonak Marvel hearing aids and stream podcasts and do workouts and lately I can go from 100% to 10% in a matter of hours. I'm so frustrated and wondered if it was the hearing aids.
