How to uninstall beta iOS 14?

I installed the beta but didn’t know it would restrict access to my apps, how can I uninstall this beta.

Your supposed to use your cable and connect to Mac and save your backup of iPhone to your Mac before installing your io14 beta. That is the only way to go back to ios13 that you backed up on your Mac with iPhone connected to it.
