iPhone SE Prompt

”Send Message” and “Please wait. Your request is being processed.” keeps on popping up randomly all the time on iPhone SE. Tried restarting, didn’t work. How do I solve this concern? Please and thank you.

Hi genie288,

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities about these messages you're seeing. We're glad to look into it with you and help.

To start, please let us know more about what's going on. How frequently are you seeing these messages pop up? Do they appear when taking any specific steps, such as when opening certain apps?

Are you able to access all online features on your iPhone, such as when loading websites in Safari? How about when placing or receiving phone calls, or when sending and receiving messages?

Since the message indicates there is an attempt to send a message, this may indicate an issue while activating iMessages or FaceTime, which rely on a silent SMS message to activate. We've got a great resource to share with you to help ensure that your iMessages and FaceTime have activated without issue. Let us know if this helps:

If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime

Have a great day!
