Is this an Apple product. i.e. Does Apple support this App? Any other info is appreciated.

It is not an Apple app so no they would not provide support for it. The developer of the app would do that.

For what it’s worth, I have been using Keeper for several years now and am a happy customer. I use it on several of my Apple devices.
