Does Apple Support ever ask you to download a screen sharing app that magically deletes itself?
Recently I was potentially hacked and needed to change my passwords due to a data leak. I was asked by Apple Support to download a screen sharing app and was told the downloaded app 'deletes itself' when it's finished being used. Is this normal? I'm worried that my online security is still compromised and that I made it worse.
