Disabled iPad is not updating through iTunes

I recently wanted to make my iPad usable again, so I took it out and it has a thing that says, iPad is disabled, connect to iTunes blah blah blah, it’s disabled because my brother entered the wrong password way too many times. So I took out my laptop loaded up iTunes, but it then gives me an error (“ iTunes could not connect to this iPad. An unknown error occurred (0xE8000015).”). I don’t know which iTunes account is on this iPad, but I don’t think that’s the reason this is occurring. also, when I put it into recovery mode and try to update it through the iTunes PC app, it says that it couldn’t update it. And it wants me to restore the whole iPad which I really can’t do because it has precious photos from a few years back

Another thing I just noticed is that whenever I boot it up, the iPad turns off twice. like the Apple logo comes up, then goes away, then comes up again, and then the lock screen appears.

Can anyone Please help me

That’s why backups are important. Backups must occur before catastrophes. After a catastrophe, it’s too late. Expect to lose the photos.

That’s why backups are important. Backups must occur before catastrophes. After a catastrophe, it’s too late. Expect to lose the photos.
