My pictures are not saving to my camera roll

Soo, I’m a model and I often take a lot of pictures and have photographers send them via email/ wetransfer. All of the pictures I was sent from my recent shoot were sent through wetransfer, and I received them all BUT when I try to save them to my camera roll it doesn’t save or load any of them. And I have enough storage space because I’ve deleted a bunch of apps and pictures and my phone hasn’t notified me that Ive ran out of space yet. Not to mention when I take a picture with the camera, I’m able to see it when it first pops up in the little camera roll icon in the left corner of the camera but then when I go to see if it’s in my camera roll it’s not actually there. Basically I’m having troubles saving my pictures from my files app to my camera roll, my screenshots arnt saving, my pictures I take from the camera arnt saving and sometimes it even takes a few try’s to delete pictures from the camera roll. This has only started happening since this past Saturday, and I’m not sure why. I’ve also force-shut/ restart down the phone by holding the lock and volume button, I’ve turned it on and off And now I’m here contacting one of you to pleasseeeeeee help me without having to factory reset my phone! because it already took me about 3 days to get SOME of my pictures from wetransfer to my computer.... the pictures just won’t save to my actual device and that’s where I need them so please contact me ASAP with some sort of solution.
