Safari (v13.1.2) freezes with Print... or Export as Pdf...

Hello,

Safari keep freezing every time I use File > Print... (PDF > Save as PDF)

or Export as PDF... since I updated it to Version 13.1.2 (14609.3.5.1.5).

Nothing else work within Safari except Command+N as it open new window. Only way to restart Safari is Force Quit... option. Strange thing is, Safari isn't marked with Not Response in red.

Does anyone have seen this?

Please check if you have same issue in safe mode and also check if you have same issue with another user / guest user.
