Safari (v13.1.2) freezes with Print... or Export as Pdf...

Hello,

Safari keep freezing every time I use File > Print... (PDF > Save as PDF)

or Export as PDF... since I updated it to Version 13.1.2 (14609.3.5.1.5).

Nothing else work within Safari except Command+N as it open new window. Only way to restart Safari is Force Quit... option. Strange thing is, Safari isn't marked with Not Response in red.

Does anyone have seen this?
