Safari dropdown freezes when Save as... (cmd + S)

When attempting to save a Safari Page, the dialog freezes and buttons do not work. Been happening for a while now and still is happening after latest Safari upgrade in March 2022. I am attaching a screenshot video. Look at the flashing window in bottom left just before the save sheet comes down. There is definitely an issue here.

Safari freezes after launch showing a pop that vanishes immediately A popup appears when i launch Safari and disappears before i can click on it. Text disappears in address bar Hello! When typing a url in the browser bar on Safari, the text disappears within a few seconds. Even when I am not finished typing the address. I have read that the culprit could be extensions in Safari. I do not have any Extensions. Any other ideas?

Safari Version 15.4 (15613.1.17.1.11, 15613) was just released today... High hopes this would fix the bug, but no dice.

Consoloation prize... more emojis... whoo hooo.
