I have an Iphone 6 s plus that I have reset twice and it won't update at all. It says 12.4.8 is the most updated iOS. It has enough space, battery, and on wifi but nothing. It was at 13.6 before. What do I do?

you do not have a 6s plus.. you must have a 6 plus.. which means you can only go to 12.4.8
