My iPhone 11 Pro wont ring when friends try to call me.

My family and friends are asking why my phone wont ring when they try to call me. From my end there is no record of it or missed calls. From the callers end it is silent.

i have checked that my phones not on silent or vibrate. The volume is turned right up. Voicemail is turned off too. Ive tried turning phone on/off etc.

any ideas why suddenly nobody can call me? Any settings I need to check? Thanks to all

Make sure that Do Not Disturb is set to OFF
Make sure that Silence Unknown Callers is set to OFF
Make sure that Do Not Disturb While Driving is set to OFF
If all the settings above look good and issue still persists then Shut Down and Restart your iPhone.
If none of the above works then please contact your carrier for support.
