I am not able to copy my photos and videos from my iPhone to my PC

I am not able to copy my photos and videos from my iPhone to my PC, I can copy only a few of them and then it gives me this error " The device attached to this computer is not functioning" and when I try again it says the device is not reachable, while its connected

I get the same issue with my iPhone connected to my work PC (Windows).. but my MacBook works great.

When I am transferring photos to my work computer, I have had better luck if I make sure my phone stays awake during the copy operation.

If the connection dies, just unplug and plug it in again.. drill into the folder as quickly as you can.. select a smaller group of pictures.

Here is a link that you can follow. Maybe importing them with Windows Photos would work better than the windows explorer drag and drop/copy paste method
