constant Boot loop cant be fixed?

Help. i have the constant boot loop problem. I have done all the actions that I can find. vol up then down then side button.

My phone told me storage was running out. I didn't have time to delete at that time...phone started glitching and then when I tried to create space it kept pinging back to home screen - then it went to black screen with white apple. Now i have the apple logo only with intermittent black scree. I need help. I cant get hold of a real person to speak with at Apple. I am super frustrated as everything I have is on this phone. My phone was automatically backed up. My phone is not responding to anything. HELP.

I live in Botswana. I don't have a local apple dealership that is open as we are in a total lockdown due to corona. None of the call centre numbers offered to me on the apple website are available to me!
