How do I unlock my phone is frozen on the Apple screen? It is not connecting to my Computer. Yesterday I got a message on the phone saying that I needed restore and back up. I was unaware that I needed to back up my phone.

Backing up your phone to icloud or iTunes saves our data.

Why is my phone frozen? It will not connect to my PC. I was getting a error message that I needed to restore and back up. I was not aware that I needed to back up my phone.
